The goal of the Law Firm of Kulerski and Cornelison is to provide reasonably priced and prompt legal services in both divorce and post-judgment divorce cases. We try to work aggressively toward settlement. A quicker case generally involves less work and less work means lower fees. That's O.K. with us because satisfied clients pay their bills and they pay them faster. They also refer their friends and relatives to us.

The use of traditional, adversarial legal services represents the "mainstream" element of a divorce lawyer's practice.

The use of mediation, collaborative law and unbundled or piecemeal legal services now provide viable alternatives in helping to limit the duration and cost of divorce. However, these consumer-oriented approaches are not appropriate or effective in every situation. The use of traditional, adversarial legal services is still the norm and represents the "mainstream" element of a divorce lawyer's practice.
